SME-6100 is a Water-Soluble PCBA Auto Cleaning Machine .
SME-6100 is specially used to clean water-soluble solder paste flux PCBA by using hot DI water.
Machine process: Pre-wash+Wash+ Rinse+Final rinse+ Air blow dry+ Hot air dry.
SHENHUA new developed spray cleaning technology, the system has following advantages:

A1: Water-soluble solder paste PCBA.
Q2: Can SME-6100 clean PCBA very clean?
A2: Yes, normally we heat DI water to 60℃ and we have up and down 2x8 spray rods with diffirent type of spray nozzles.So it can clean very well, some of our customer are using SME-6100, they like it very much.

A3: DI water can heat to 60℃.

A4: It depends temperature, normally 5~15L/ Hour.
